981 Davie will be a 17-storey mixed-use development with 2-storeys of retail units, 15-storeys of affordable housing with 154 rental units, and 3 levels of below-grade parking. The building will also house the new QMUNITY centre, which will support the 2SLGBTQIA+ community. The building will feature indoor and outdoor amenity spaces, including inner courtyards, outdoor children’s play areas, communal seating spaces, and urban agriculture.
Catalyst Community Developments Society
The North Shore Neighbourhood House (NSNH) redevelopment project is a pivotal community initiative located in the heart of Lower Lonsdale, North Vancouver.
